Notes

Maxwell "Max" Clayton Neely (DOB: 03/28/86) was the leader of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's Redneck Revolt chapter in the late 2010s. He's since moved to Frederick, Maryland which is about 60 miles from Harrisburg. He was profiled at a left-wing cookout in a 2017 article in the left-wing British newspaper The Guardian. Neely has held a variety of jobs, none of them for very long. In recent years he worked mostly in canvassing or political organizing. He now seems to be hawking solar power to his neighbors in Frederick. He presumably remains active in RR although it's unknown if he's still in the Harrisburg group or if he founded a new chapter in Maryland. He had a protection order against him which he violated in 2012. I wonder if he was red-flagged. He also has a vandalism arrest. Neely's driver's license was suspended for non-payment of child support in 2018. Neely sports a clean-cut look now but according the the Guardian article he used to wear his hair long like a true revolting redneck should. He majored in General Studies at prestigious Frederick Community College. https://archive.vn/7zo9m, https://archive.vn/lRvGR https://archive.vn/P294M#selection-833.7-833.16
