Notes
Wes Burdine is the cofounder of Minnesota Aurora FC a "community owned women's soccer team"[1] and owner of Black Hart St. Paul a "World Famous Queer soccer bar in Midway neighborhood of Saint Paul"[2]. On his main Twitter page Wes links to his alternative, protected Twitter profile in which the avatar displays the Antifa Three Arrows symbol on a Red Loons shirt[3], showing Wes' support for the Antifa ideology. The Red Loons is a continuation of the soccer club LARP that seems to dominate the Twin Cities Antifa scene. It is believed that Minnesota United Against Fascism is closely tied in with this group. The Red Loons mission statement on their website contains that standard open borders, pro-degeneracy garbage you will expect from Anarchists and also states they they work with groups such as the IWW and the DSA [4]. On the Twin Cities DSA website it is also claimed that the Red Loons led a protest to lift the rule against political symbols in soccer stadiums so they could display the Iron Front emblem[5]. This also corroborates collaboration between the two groups.
