Andrew "Andy" D. Hinz (born Jan. '61) is a member of the radical environmental group Declare Emergency who was arrested for blocking a D.C. freeway on Columbus Day in 2022. Hinz received a 60-day sentence. He's a former Republican who was registered as recently as 2012 but he was seduced by the dark side. He used to work for the government but appears to now be retired.
