He's a wannabe journalist and self-identified anti-fascist historian of physical culture. He's been documented on social media at numerous protests/riots. He probably pretends to be a journalist so he isn't arrested. Stout seems to have a real hard-on for the Spanish Civil War. He wrote a book about a communist olympics held in 1936 Spain in opposition to the Berlin Olympics. Stout has posted a lot on Twitter/X that no one can be a member of Antifa and yet he calls for help from Antifa in several posts. Stout is a British citizen but lives in San Diego.
