Mahayana "Yana" Landowne (born Aug. '68) is an organizer for the radical environmental group Extinction Rebellion. Landowne is a performance artist and choreographer who creates dance moves for Extinction Rebellion protesters (really). Her social media is filled with radical crap. She appears to have contacts in ER's British group. In 2019, she was part of a group that threw blood on the Wall Street bull and staged a fake funeral and was arrested for obstructing traffic. She gave a lecture on the process of being arrested at a riot to a group of would-be rioters at a New York Unitarian church. Landowne protested SCOTUS justice Barrett's confirmation outside the Supreme Court. She has a master's degree in theater from Yale.
