Notes

Stanislav Vysotsky is an assistant professor of Sociology and Criminology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. His academic work focuses on Antifa as a social movement. In his recent book, America Antifa: The Tactics, Culture, and Practice of Militant Antifascism, Vysotsky claimed that he "had been involved in formal and informal antifascist activism since the early 1990's" and that his involvement with the movement allowed him to obtain special access to interviews that other researchers were unable to attain. In an Interview in the Willamette Weekly, he claimed that he supported Rose City Antifa's tactics.
