Notes
Katharine "Kate" Eliane Harrow (born Jul. '79) participated in a George Floyd riot in Cincinnati in May 2020. Rioters were illegally blocking a street and a motorcycle cop nearly collided with several. The mob immediately surrounded the cop who struck several rioters to keep them at bay. Ms. Harrow was struck in the forearm and complained it caused a bruise. She later filed a complaint against the CPD. The serious allegations were dismissed and only a procedural error was upheld by investigators. She works in marketing for media companies. She left Twitter for Mastodon because Elon was being mean to leftists. Based on her social media, she appears to really be into drag shows. Harrow lives in a house in the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Cincy. https://web.archive.org/web/20230220154540/https://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/ccia/completed-investigation-reports/2023-reports/february-completed-reports/20112-daulton-king/ (p. 62) @[email protected] https://www.flickr.com/photos/katharineharrow/
