Notes
William "Will" Christopher Regan (born Jan. '79) is a member of the radical environmental group Declare Emergency. In 2018, he was arrested on an assault charge in Portland. He was arrested for disorderly conduct in Portland in 2021 which may have been riot related. He was arrested again at a 2022 April Fool's Day protest that shutdown a freeway. Regan was arrested a fourth time at a 2022 Columbus Day protest that blocked a D.C. freeway. He was convicted and received a 60-day sentence. He participated in the stunt to deface a Degas sculpture at the National Gallery of Art in April 2023 but wasn't arrested. He was, however, banned from the gallery for life. Regan is a Bernie Bro who worked on Sanders' 2016 campaign. He recently trimmed off his hippy beard and cut his hair. One has to wonder if he did it to avoid detection at places he's banned or to escape police surveillance. Regan works as a computer programmer and has bounced around at a lot of companies. News reports give his address as Portland, but he moves around. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEOc5Toct9s&t=118s&ab_channel=DeclareEmergency https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Et-Y9ypu7Q&ab_channel=DeclareEmergency https://archive.ph/eW1yt, https://archive.ph/yzz1P, https://archive.ph/c943A
