Jacquelyn "Jackie" Parkins participated in George Floyd riots in Denver and later sued the Denver PD for excessive force and was awarded $1 mil. In court pleadings she admitted to attending the riots on numerous days. She's an associate with fellow rioter and radical Sara Fitouri who was also a plaintiff in the lawsuit.
