James "Jim" M. Labbe (DOB: 11/08/71) participated in an Antifa riot in August 2019 in Portland at which Antifa confronted an alt-right rally. He's a biker, the kind that wear the shiny spandex pants. Labbe seems to be buddies with fellow leftist Jeff Mandel with whom he biked to the riot. Labbe has an MS in Geography from Portland State so he knows all the state capitols. He has a ton of traffic and fare violations but no major crimes on his record. He works as the Internal Operations Director at Participatory Budgeting Oregon. Labbe formerly worked for the Audobon Society. He owns a business called The Frog and Toad Together, LLC which does god knows what. He stole the name from a children's book.
