John Bergen, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was one of approximately 25 to 35 people who attended the protest outside of Combined Tactical Systems, Inc. (CSI), a company that produces tear gas for law enforcement located in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The protest had five people chained together to prevent employees from entering the factory, all of whom were later arrested for failure to disperse and are facing riot charges. Many of the protestors appeared to be from out of town/state.
