Notes

Nora M. Maynard (born Sep. '83) is a member of the radical environmental group Extinction Rebellion's (XR) Boston chapter who participated in a 2020 protest at a cement plant. She was arrested in 2021 in Turners Falls for chaining herself to a sailboat outside the governor's home. She later participated in an illegal protest at an electrical substation in Boston in January 2023 but may not have been arrested. Maynard lives in the western Massachusetts town of Turners Falls. She founded the WholeTone Music Academy and teaches voice and violin. She's taught a protest choir class and leads chants and songs at XR protests. Luckily, she's also a Starbucks certified barista so she has something to fall back on. She lives in Turners Falls in western Massachusetts. https://web.archive.org/web/20230727094144/https://www.wbur.org/news/2023/01/17/east-boston-substation-eversource-arrests-extinction-rebellion-construction https://archive.ph/KAJX5 https://archive.ph/j3elF#selection-1519.15-1519.27
