They said she was inciting the crowd. Police said Rodriguez was yelling into the bullhorn a short distance from an officer's face. It was after that police said she pushed an officer and hit another on the side of the face with the bullhorn. She was arrested after a short struggle and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and simple assault. This little lady (she's 4'10") was later arrested at an October 2020 anti-Columbus Day protest that blocked Route 95 in Providence.
