Tabitha "Tabby" Keefer (DOB: 04/24/96) is connected on social media to the Von Gilbert/Smith coven of Portland Antifa. She is or was on the board of Portland Tenants United, a leftist group that advocates for tenants' issues. She was one of the leaders of a tenants action against the SE Portland apartment complex she lived in. Keefer has a 2019 arrest for criminal mischief but it's unclear if it's related to rioting. She said in a 2018 interview when she was 22 that she has a six year old son which would mean she was knocked up at age 15 or 16. She looks as though she has Downs Syndrome in some photos but apparently she's fairly intelligent as she started college at age 16, just after the baby. She holds a bachelor's degree in anthropology from Oregon State so of course she worked as a barista and server at several bakeries. She may have worked for the Wyoming national guard prior to moving to Portland although it's unclear if she was a civilian employee or enlisted. Keefer's weight seems to have risen and fallen dramatically in recent years (eating disorder??). Even so, she managed to snag a man and they were engaged in 2019 although it's unclear if they tied the knot. He's probably not the baby daddy as they met in community college. Keefer appears to have moved out of her slum apartment last year into an equally scuzzy house in Southeast Portland that she owns with hubby.
