Notes
Jacob Angelo Servin (DOB: 06/06/90) was arrested at an October 2020 anti-police protest at the California governor's mansion. The sisters who organized the protest for their dead brother were charged with trespassing, unlawful assembly, failure to disperse and conspiring to commit a crime against the governor. Servin was presumably charged with the same offenses. The sisters' charges were later dropped and Servin's probably were too. He claims to have been beaten up by the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Dept. in 2019 after they hauled him to jail for public intoxication. He later sued San Joaquin County. Servin posted a message on Instagram which seemed to imply he traveled to Portland in August 2020, presumably to riot. He had priors for spousal battery and obstructing a police officer. https://archive.ph/xRJBS
