Curtis Anthony Vollmar (DOB: 02/28/87) is an animal rights activist and member of Direct Action Everywhere (DxE). In 2020 Vollmar was arrested along with four other DxE members for holding a funeral for dead piglets on an Iowa food company CEO's front lawn. He was charged with trespassing. In 2021, he travelled to North Carolina to disrupt a planning commission meeting because he was angry about Smithfield Food's pig shit. Vollmar was a middle-distance runner at Eastern Michigan University. After college, he was a math and science teacher and track coach for a while. When he isn't liberating farm animals he works as a cell phone salesman.
