Formerly known as Michael Scarpitti, Arrow was convicted for his role in firebombing logging and cement trucks near Mt. Hood in 2001. Back in the day, he was a notorious eco-terrorist and member of the Earth Liberation Front (ELF). Arrow fled to Canada at some point after his crimes but was imprisoned for shoplifting a pair of bolt cutters. He was later extradited back to the U.S. His buddies, Angela Cesario, Jeremy Rosenbloom and Jake Sherman turned states witnesses and snitched on him. Although Arrow faced life in prison for his crimes he was sentenced to only 78 months. Prior to his firebombing spree, Arrow was arrested for occupying a ledge at the U.S. Forest Service's Portland office. Before he became a full-fledged eco-terrorist, Arrow ran for Congress as a member of the Green Party. He ran for Portland mayor in 2012 and 2019 but was arrested in 2019 on domestic violence charges. Arrow slammed his girlfriend against a deck railing leaving a four inch mark on her back. Prosecutors later chose not to press charges. He's also a pioneering researcher in the field of pregnancy testing. When investigating the domestic abuse allegations, police asked Arrow if his girlfriend was pregnant. He said "Yes, based on the moon's alignment." He lists his employment qualifications as "shamanic journeying, Celtic heritage, shamanism and ancestor knowledge." Bizarrely, he claims to have worked as a nanny in the '90s and early 2000s. Would you let your kids near this lunatic?
