A helmet, gloves, metal tool, bear spray, and gas mask were seized. Full name Phoebe Ann Loomis, aka Phoebe Ramsdell, aka Phoenix, (DOB: 02/10/84). She was previously charged with failure to obey and disorderly conduct at a 2017 May Day riot. The state demanded she pay restitution to the Starbucks she damaged and Antifa held a fund raiser. She's described as autistic and "non-binary", but that description probably applies to most of Antifa.
