Harris is affiliated with the Portland Central America Solidarity Committee (PCASC), a Sandanista group whose goals include, "creating a space for those with anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, and anti-racist values." PCASC claims to have been formed on the day the Sandanistas seized power in Nicaragua. Harris appears to have been one of the group's main archivists along with notorious Rose City Antifa member Kari Koch.
