Devin A. Costa (DOB: 06/01/96) was arrested for blocking Rt. 95 in Providence at an October 2020 anti-Columbus Day protest and charged with pedestrian on the freeway. Police said the group created an extremely dangerous situation. In 2015 he was feeling lonely so instead of making some friends he decided to vandalize buildings with messages about how lonely he was. Costa was found guilty of four counts of vandalism and ordered to pay over $12K in restitution and refrain from trespassing.
