Salma Ibrahim Hassan (born Sep. '93) is a Somali refugee who was arrested at an illegal BLM protest in Portland, Maine in 2016. She was charged with obstructing a roadway. Hassan appears to have been very active in the BLM movement in the Portland area. Her residence is uncertain.
