Paul Wilson Severance (DOB: 04/27/61) is a climate change mobilizer for the radical environmental group Declare Emergency. He's also one of the group's media contacts and he's given several interviews on behalf of the organization. In April 2022, he was arrested at a protest that illegally blocked a D.C. freeway and was charged with disturbing the peace. Severance participated in another "action" by Declare Emergency that shutdown the Beltway on the 4th of July weekend in 2022.
