She's a member of the Muckleshoot Tribe of Washington state who traveled several times to the illegal protests in Standing Rock, North Dakota in the mid 2010s. Protesters blocked pipeline construction for days but Heaton does not appear to have been arrested. For some reason, she thought it was necessary to travel to Brussels Belgium in 2017 to protest a visit by President Trump. Heaton also organized a 2017 protest that shut down numerous Bank of America branches in Seattle. Several people were arrested but she doesn't appear to have been an arrestee. She also participated in at least one George Floyd era protest/riot in Seattle. She's the co-founder of Mazaska Talks, an indigenous group that boycotts companies involved in the production of fossil fuels. Her most notable physical features are the large sleeve tats on her arms. She's a former female bodybuilder and current mountaineer. Her tribe is based in Auburn in the Seattle area which may be where she lives.,,
