Matthew Robert Bredder (DOB: 10/01/94) was arrested at two George Floyd riots in New York City in June 2020 and charged with a curfew violation although charges were later dismissed. He suffered a few boo boos and later sued the city in a class action suit, receiving nearly $10K. His last known address was a Cornell dormitory in Manhattan.
