Notes

She's one of radical group BAMN's founders and it's national chair. She was a member of the Marxist Revolutionary Workers League in her youth. Driver was the attorney for the Berkeley Five who assaulted pro-Trump protesters in the late 2010s. She also served as radical BAMN member and middle school teacher Yvette Felarca's (https://antifawatch.net/ViewReport/43d01510) attorney. Driver wrote an op-ed for USAToday opposing conservative speakers on college campuses. She led BAMN's drive to deprive school children of in-person education after the pandemic ended. She appears to have helped organize a BAMN rally in support of the Kenosha rioters in 2020. Driver has been accused by former BAMN members of running a cult of personality. Driver has a B.A. from Harvard and a law degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. She's probably from Detroit but may live in the SF Bay Area. https://archive.ph/nyglw https://archive.ph/szyFa https://archive.ph/oOsq6 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGX1YoiMHqE&ab_channel=nationalBAMN
