Notes
Benjamin "Ben" T. Stuckart, born Nov. '71, is a former city council president who was arrested at a June 2025 anti-ICE protest in Spokane. He was charged with failure to disperse. He was harboring an illegal alien from Venezuela who was seeking asylum. The illegal was detained by ICE at a check-in. This pissed of Stuckart who sat down in front of an ICE bus to block it. The left-wing media referred to the illegal as a "boy" but he turned 21 the day he was detained. Stuckart was one of the ringleaders of the Spokane immigration insurrection, encouraging leftists to join him at ICE's building. As of 6/12/25, 30 protesters have been arrested in Spokane. Stuckart was accused of violating ethics policies while city council president. He's a Democrat, of course. He lives in a modest home in Spokane's Rockwood neighborhood. https://web.archive.org/web/20250612161730/https://www.kxly.com/news/former-spokane-city-councilman-booked-into-jail-following-protest-at-ice-building/article_3fe05566-0166-4d63-9e46-4122b34f6da9.html https://web.archive.org/web/20250612163418/https://shiftwa.org/has-ben-stuckart-again-violated-city-of-spokane-ethics-policies/
