Alana McLaughlin (formerly Ryan Anthony McLaughlin), AKA "Lady Feral" (DOB: 06/26/83) is a M>F trans and former special forces medic who's affiliated with left-wing gun groups. McLaughlin was featured in an article about Lefty LGBTQ people with guns although Portland isn't known to have an SRA or JBGC chapter. It's a pro MMA fighter and it claims to have handled security at a 2017 LGBTQ rally in Portland and to have chocked out Patriot Prayer's Joey Gibson.
