She's an organizer for the Revolution Club L.A. and the Revcom affiliated Rise Up 4 Abortion who participated in a May 2022 abortion protest in West Hollywood organized by Rise Up 4 Abortion. She was also arrested at a 2022 abortion protest in Riverside when eight members of Rise Up vandalized a courthouse. She was charged with conspiracy and felony vandalism. Hernandez has been spotted at many abortion protests as far away as New York City.
