William "Bill" Murphey Ragen (born Jun. '57) is an organizer/strategist for Movement Catalyst, a consulting group closely connected to the radical environmental group Shutdown DC. Laura Beth Pelner (DOB: 12/07/84) is an activist affiliated with the radical group Shutdown DC. She's also one of the founders of Movement Catalyst, another D.C. area radical group. She was Movement Catalyst's Creative Director but she's now working for the Working Families Party. She's a Bernie Belle who worked on Sander's campaign. In 2020 she designed a mural that protesters painted on the street in front of Jeff Bezo's D.C. bachelor's pad. Also in 2020 she participated in a go-go protest sponsored by Shutdown outside the Postmaster General's house because he was supposedly suppressing votes. She was involved in a 2021 indigenous protest at the White House. Pelner may have been arrested at a June 2022 protest at the Supreme Court; she was definitely at the event. She's also affiliated with Werk for Peace, a group of apparently gay people who publicly twerk to bring about world peace. She describes herself as a queer afro abolitionist. Michael Andrew Beer (DOB: 06/06/63) is an activist who was described by Shutdown DC organizer Patrick Young (https://antifawatch.net/ViewReport/ad965c00) as one of the "best co-conspirators I've ever had the privilege of working with." Beer participated in a Zoom call at which Federal bureaucrats attempted to organize a plan to shut down the government prior to the 2020 elections. He was and may still be the Executive Director for Nonviolence International. His bio describes him as a "global activist for human rights, minority rights and argues against war and casino capitalism. He has trained activists in many countries, including Myanmar, Kosovo, Tibet, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Zimbabwe, and the United States." Beer wrote a book on non-violence. He has a citation for loitering on a posted bridge which sounds a bit like a prostitution charge but could be something else. Beer has a BS in geology but he doesn't seem to have ever used it. Alexandra "Alix" Binney Davidson (DOB: 04/08/74) is an environmentalist activist who was described by Shutdown DC organizer Patrick Young as "among the best co-conspirators he's ever had the privilege of working with". Her "direct actions" date back to the 1990s when she was active with EarthFirst! and locked herself to a logging road. Davidson was one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the Metropolitan (DC) Police Department. She complained in a 2015 article that the environmental movement was too white. In 2020 she taught a Direct Action workshop for middle schoolers which taught the kids about obstructions and sit-ins, marches and street takeovers among other things. She signed an anti-Zionism petition in 2022. She worked for Green America for at least a decade but appears to now (2022) work for an organization called Lancaster Stands Up. Her only arrest is for disorderly conduct in the '90s. She has ties to NYC where she was raised. Davidson is another radical alum of Evergreen State University in Washington state. Guido John Reichstadter shut down a D.C. bridge in June 2022 to protest the overturning of Roe v. Wade. He remained atop the bridge for 28 hours. Also, in June 2022, he hopped the barricades in front of the Supreme Court and locked himself to the fence. The usual suspects held a rally to protest his arrest.
