Her previous arrests include crimes such as: retail theft, aggravated battery with use of a deadly weapon, aggravated fleeing of police, possession (of drugs presumably), failure to report annually (probably to the violence against children registry), criminal trespass to vehicles, criminal trespass to land and domestic battery. She lives in what appears to be a run down housing project on Chicago's South Side in an apartment she shares with six roommates. Many of her roommates are felons and at least one was arrested for manufacturing crack. I'm not sure if she's living at a crack house or if she's a hoe for one of the felons she lives with. The majority of his charges were later dropped. Chianella's 90 year old grandmother was the only family member who donated to his defense.
