Notes

Lillian Pearl Ellis, aka "Peat Moss", (born Dec. '92) was indicted on RICO charges in Sep. '23 for her involvement in the cop city protests. She had priors for trespassing on critical public infrastructure, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft. She's a member of the BLM aligned protest group Detroit Will Breathe. Ellis took part in pipeline protests in the early 2020s where she probably picked up the trespassing charge. She was one of the plaintiffs in a Detroit Will Breathe lawsuit against the city of Detroit. She worked as a social worker and claims to be non-binary. Before she was incarcerated, she lived in a dump of a house in a neighborhood where nearly half the lots are vacant. Ellis travels in style and drives a '95 Ford Crown Victoria. https://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/detroit-protests.pdf https://archive.ph/VC51I https://www.govinfo.gov/app/details/USCOURTS-mied-2_20-cv-12363 https://archive.ph/AXwZO#selection-48465.0-48465.13
