Full name Theon Matthew Weber. He's presumably no relation to the Theon of Game of Thrones fame but he's every bit as much of a scumbag. He was arrested along with 48 others in 2011 at the Portland Occupy protest known as November 17 or N17 where he was charged with criminal trespassing. He has a few citations/arrests for minor crimes. Although he lived in Portland at the time of the Occupy riots, he since moved to the sunny beaches of the main island of Hawaii (do they even have riots in Hawaii? No, it's cool mon). He claims to work as a free lance writer and enjoys reading Russian history, no doubt the communist period. He's an amateur Shakespearean actor and appears in community productions.
