Rachel Jeanne Hipp, nee Rachel Waite, (DOB: 10/14/85), is or was an organizer for the Grand Rapids chapter of the radical Animal Rights group Direct Action Everywhere (Dxe). She was also the founder of Vegan Michigan. She also owns a micro sanctuary, whatever that is (a home for abused bacteria?). Hipp has lots of traffic violations but no serious criminal offenses on her record. She does have a large civil judgement against her.
