Emmalyn "Sarah" Lorraine Garrett (DOB: 10/11/84) was arrested at a tree sitting "action" near Coos Bay, Oregon in 2011 and was charged with criminal trespassing. She was later one of the plaintiffs in a 2012 Oregon Circuit Court motion to dismiss charges against Occupy protesters who were arrested by police at the November 17 (N17) protest in 2011 in Portland. She also has arrests for criminal mischief, interference with official acts, disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and pedestrian improperly on highway some of which are probably protest/riot related. Garrett filed for personal bankruptcy in 2015, I guess she couldn't pay her lawyers and the court fines. Garrett appears to have attended the University of Oregon as she once had a UO email address and was on a housing committee. She hails from the coastal Oregon town of Bandon but now lives in Portland and seems to have been or still be active with Rose City Antifa.
