Notes

Ann Newman Humphreys (born Dec. ’69) is a radical BLM supporter who was arrested for trespassing inside a Graham, NC restaurant in April 2021. She was among a mob of over 20 BLM protesters who stormed the restaurant and created a disturbance. The protesters were reportedly beating on windows, yelling at customers and shouting racial slurs. Despite the fact the protesters refused requests to leave, none were arrested. The next day Humphreys returned and attempted to cause a commotion on her own and was arrested. News reports said she testified for several local defendants who were arrested at George Floyd themed riots in 2020. She was active in the Occupy movement and gave free hula hoop lessons to local Occupiers. She volunteers for FLIP, a Democrat group that wants to flip North Carolina to the Dems. Humphreys works as a freelance editor is a published author who wrote a memoir about her life as a hula hoop instructor. I will admit she’s good with the hula hoop and makes it look like burlesque. She graduated from prestigious Bard College. Humphreys lives in Carrboro, near Chapel Hill. https://archive.ph/JIkBX https://archive.ph/XbvIp https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2UceW9LRvY&ab_channel=SacredFlowArt-LED%26FireProps https://www.linkedin.com/in/ann-humphreys-ab68b9b
