He's a Democratic Virginia Delegate who was hit by three flash bang grenades and pepper sprayed at a Manassas, VA George Floyd riot. His USMC training probably helped him to walk away with no serious injuries. He's a former Marine NCO so he may not be all bad. However, he was the Virginia co-chairman of Bernie Sander's campaign in he 2020 elections. He attended Northern Virginia Community College and the USMC Staff Non-Commisioned Officer Academy. He worked in IT before beginning his political career. Surprisingly, he mostly supports the 2nd Amendment. Carter has been married and divorced three times. According to Carter, his third wife physically and emotionally abused him, which resulted in police involvement and an emergency protective order (Huh? He's a Marine. He should be bitch slapping the hell out of his wife). He has also alluded to being abused earlier in his life. He's probably not hard-core Antifa but he keeps company with them and apparently sympathizes with their cause.
