According to the William McKinley Institute, Cyprus Hartford is a member of Organize Against Transphobia (OAT), an openly "antifascist" organization from South Carolina. He was seen outside the hearing of several Stop Cop City advocates and threw away flyers from a White advocate. His real name is Matthew Hartford, and he "identifies" as a trans woman with the pseudonym Cyprus. I deduced that from his fathers facebook profile (, as he names a child of his who is performing at a guitar concert who matches the age/sex of "Cyprus" from the posted period. Matthew's facebook can be found here ( Furthermore, his instagram is "@cyp_hart". He also runs or ran a show on a student-organized radio network at the University of South Carolina, WUSC-FM. The twitter for that show is "@TrainWreckWUSC". From a quote of the channels tweet "It's called we do a little posting", I was able to find Matthew's personal twitter account, "@Wingsclasstrai1"; there is a trove of 4500+ tweets. He got subpoena'd by a federal grand jury
