Full name Tessa Alexandra Brooks, AKA "stinks94". This Portland resident was arrested along with 48 others in 2011 at the Portland Occupy protest known as November 17 or N17 and charged with disorderly conduct. She was arrested at a Chase Bank branch. She's filed for bankruptcy three times so I suppose that explains some of her hatred for "the system".
