Notes
AKA Liz Nichols, full name Elizabeth Evon Nichols. She was arrested along with 48 others in 2011 at the Portland Occupy protest known as November 17 or N17. She was a Portland State University student at the time of her arrest. The charges against her were not listed in media reports. She unsuccessfully sued the Portland Police Department for excessive force after she was pepper sprayed in the face at the riot, claiming the pepper spray worsened the eczema (skin disease) she's had since birth. After she lost the suit, the City of Portland sent her a legal bill for over $7,000 which I'm sure cut into her Starbucks tips. Although she lived in Portland at the time of the riot, she appears to have moved to the middle of effing nowhere Arkansas where I'm sure the hillbillies love left-wingers. Note that the attached photo is somewhat dated.
