Notes

Sonali M. Gupta (born Mar. '91) was indicted in Sep. '23 on RICO charges stemming from the occupation of Cop City in Atlanta. She was accused of throwing Molotov cocktails at the Georgia State Police headquarters in July 2020. In January 2023, she received $400 from the Antifa "bail fund" the Network for Strong Communities. She received another $400 in February (for Molotov cocktail supplies?). She had priors for reckless conduct and interference with government property. She also had a felony extradition (to Florida) hold at one time, but the Florida charges are unknown. She did her undergrad at the New School of Florida and obtained a PhD in biophysics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There is a researcher at Georgia Tech with the same name who's slightly younger but it's a different person. https://web.archive.org/web/20230905214303/https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/23936419/criminal-indictment-23sc189192.pdf (p 49, 79, 89) https://www.linkedin.com/in/interesting-outlier
