Full name Axcelle Deon Bell. He was one of the plaintiffs in a 2012 Oregon Circuit Court motion to dismiss charges against Occupy protesters who were arrested by police at the November 17 (N17) protest or other Occupy protests in 2011 in Portland. He was arrested at an October protest for criminal trespassing after refusing to leave a Pearl District park and was later convicted. Although it's unclear exactly what he got his degree in, he claims to have studied Religion, Sacred Landscape (Huh? Church gardening? I guess it's better than Sacred Manscaping), Environmental Studies and Natural Resource Economics at Reed College. He appears to have been a college student at the time of his arrest in 2011. He also has a BA in Human Development from Prescott college. He claims to currently work as a "Black Chicano indigenous" educator. As recently as 2019 he was apparently affiliated with the Portland Education Salon, a group that: "works in various ways in various roles to de-center white supremacy in our schools. We wanted to gather with like-minded people to build our connections and push our thinking around what schools should be centered around if it isn’t white supremacy." https://web.archive.org/web/20210626153442/http://media.oregonlive.com/portland_impact/other/Occupy_Constitutional_Facial%20Validity-1.pdf https://www.linkedin.com/in/axcellebell https://archive.vn/lt17g https://archive.vn/By99E https://archive.vn/1Wqvl
