Jeffrey Gordon Jones, aka "James Jeffrey", (born Sep. '57) is a retired Unitarian minister who was arrested at a September 2023 "action" to avenge the RICO indictments of Cop City protesters. He was with a group that chained themselves to construction equipment at the Cop City site. Jones was charged with obstruction of law enforcement and criminal trespassing. He was previously arrested in 2017 at some sort of protest at the Georgia state legislature. He was formerly the pastor at Emerson Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Marietta and may now be retired.
