His stunt landed him in hot water with Lewis and Clark's administration and he was found administratively guilty of a hate- and bias-related incident as well as disorderly conduct and harassment. While a student at L&C, he participated at the 6th Annual Ray Warren Multicultural Symposium where he gave a "race monologue". He has ties to The Black Working Group and Blazing Arrow Organization of Portland. In 2014 after moving back to norther Cali, he was called out by FreeRadicalRadio for being a "rapist" and "abuser" although he has no arrests for these offenses.
