Feldman was charged with obstructing the legal process, burglary and trespassing. Previously, in 2009, she was called to testify before a Federal grand jury investigating an "animal liberation" event by the Animal Liberation Front. Feldman refused to testify and was held in contempt of court and sent to jail for a while. Her refusal to snitch got her a story in the anarchist Fire to the Prisons newsletter. She was arrested for hanging a banner from a Minneapolis bridge in 2013 and was charged with trespassing on critical public service facilities.
