If he's not a JBGC member, he's an ally or a wannabe. There's no evidence he attended Dallas George Floyd riots, but he helpfully posted an ACLU guide to rioters' rights on Facebook in May 2020 during the initial BLM George Floyd themed riots. He also has a photo on Facebook that appears to show him in drag and carrying a purse, or it could possibly be a toga outfit for a party.
