Jan Kay Haaken (DOB: 03/02/1947) is allegedly connected on social media to the Von Gilbert / Smith gang of Rose City Antifa. She's a clinical psychologist and Professor Emeritus at Portland State University. Haaken is the co-founder of "Other Words", a feminazi bookstore famously featured in the TV show Portlandia. She used to host a radio show on radical Portland station KBOO titled "Left and the Law". Haaken produced a documentary titled "Our Doctors Our Bodies" which filmed women undergoing abortions. She released a documentary in 2020 on the Minnesota pipeline protests. Haaken also released the blockbuster film "Milk Men: The Life and Times of Dairy Farmers." Her academic scholarship has focused on the symbolic and political significance of recovered memories of childhood sexual abuse among other things. Haaken did her doctoral work at the University of Washington. Samson "Sammy" Ephraim Black (DOB: 07/29/79) is one of the core members of Rose City Antifa. Black is heavily connected on social media to the Von Gilbert / Smith wing of Rose City Antifa (RCA). He's been spotted at numerous protests in the city. He's also the President and co-founder of Portland Tenants United (PTU). He's married to fellow RCA member Margot Black with whom he co-founded PTU. Along with his wife, he's reportedly a key figure in Rose City Antifa. The attached social network photo underestimates his influence on the group. Black has a PhD in mathematics from the University of Oregon, works as a professor at Washington State University - Vancouver and is probably the smartest Black in Portland. Despite his PhD in math, and his possible Jewishness, he apparently can't count shekels very well as both Sammy and Margot filed for personal bankruptcy in 2014. He also has or had at least one Oregon state income tax lien. He also doesn't do math that well either as he falsely testified at a 2017 Portland City Commissioners meeting that the median Portlander owns zero homes (actually the median Portlander in 2017 owned one home as 53% owned a dwelling). Yet another socialist professor at an Ivy League college. As reported on ProfessorWatchlist.org, Zenkus was one of the organizers of the Occupy Wall Street movement. He's an Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Social Work at Columbia University and has also taught at Adelphi University in the Graduate School of Social Work. His Columbia University bio describes Zenkus as an activist on issues of racial justice and income equality. He claims to have been trained by Al Gore as a presenter in the Climate Reality Project. Zenkus gave a Ted talk at which he claimed capitalism was harmful to children. Even though he's left-wing, he posted a video in May 2020 critical of Joe Biden's predatory sexual behavior and claimed he's an "expert in the fields of sexual violence family violence, and trauma," when it's not at all clear that he is. Due to the video, the Columbia student newspaper mildly criticized Zenkus for posing as an expert in a field he isn't trained in. Zenkus also Tweeted that capitalism causes mental illness, a tweet that was widely ridiculed across the political spectrum. In addition to his work poisoning young minds, he's the lead singer of the band Joe Lies.
