Jeffrey "Jeff Free" T. Luers (born Dec. '78) is an eco-terrorist who attempted arson at Tyree Oil Company in 2000 in Eugene, Oregon and then set fire to SUVs at a Chevrolet dealership. Luers began his eco-terrorist career by organizing a group called "Red Cloud Thunder" which held tree sitting campaigns to stop lumbering. Luers was a Eugene resident at the time of his crimes. He now lives in southern Oregon and has ties to residences in Ashland and Phoenix, Oregon but probably lives in Phoenix.
