Hunter College opened an investigation into the professor's actions and then fired her after the machete attack. It's unknown if the NYPD is investigating her assault on the Post reporter but her crime would seem to be at least aggravated assault. Rodriguez claimed in an article to be a black Marxist. He now lives in southern Oregon and has ties to residences in Ashland and Phoenix, Oregon but probably lives in Phoenix.
