Maxwell "Max" Clayton Neely (DOB: 03/28/86) was the leader of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's Redneck Revolt chapter in the late 2010s. He's since moved to Frederick, Maryland which is about 60 miles from Harrisburg. He was profiled at a left-wing cookout in a 2017 article in the left-wing British newspaper The Guardian.
