Donald Jose David Zepeda is an organizer for the radical environmental group Declare Emergency and a serial offender. He formerly worked for the equally radical environmental group Extinction Rebellion and may have been affiliated with the Sunrise Movement. Prior to that, he was a sandwich artist at Subway and a cart associate at Sam's Club. In 2017, he attempted to shut off a Kinder Morgan pipeline in Skagit County, Washington and was charged with burglary, criminal sabotage and malicious mischief. In 2021, he vandalized the Florida state capitol by pouring noxious liquids on the capitol steps. When he showed up to serve his sentence, he was arrested for an outstanding warrant for a probation violation. He was arrested in 2021 at a Tampa Bay high school for disrupting the pick-up of students by distributing climate flyers. Also in 2021, he was arrested at a Fort Myers school for trespassing on school grounds, disturbing the peace and failure to leave a school safe zone. In 2022, he blocked a D.C. roadway with coal. He appears to have failed out of Michigan State University after one year. Jonathan Gary Mozzochi is old-school Antifa and a former Portland skinhead who was director of research (doxxer) for a left-wing Portland skinhead group in the 1990s. In 2017 Voli and another man locked themselves to a crane in an attempt to stop construction of a liquified natural gas plant in Tacoma. Voli was previously arrested in 2016 at Dakota Access Pipeline protests where he chained himself to a pipeline in a manner that endangered the police officers who cut him loose. He's been arrested at least five times at protests and detained four other times. Voli was affiliated with the environmental group Seattle 350 at the time of most of his protests. He's been arrested for criminal trespassing, malicious mischief, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and physical obstruction of government function. He filed for bankruptcy in 2010. Voli is a native of Italy. He still travels internationally, leaving a large carbon footprint and he attended a climate conference in Paris in 2015.
